VOCAB REVIEW

We'll start by playing some charades to review vocabulary from last week. We'll focus on the rooms and the furnishings of page 100 and 101 of the Kursbuch.

We'll then play an online quiz game (Kahoot)


ACCUSATIVE PAST TENSE "STELLEN"

We'll revisit Carla and Alex on page 103 of Kursbuch and practice putting the verbs in the past tense.

Alex schreit "WARUM IST DER COMPUTER NICHT IM ARBEITSZIMMER? WO IST DER COMPUTER?"

SONG

We'll review two-case prepositions with this song

an, auf, hinter, in, neben, über, unter, vor, zwischen


PREPOSITIONS ACTIVITY

We'll work in pairs and describe the picture on page 104 of the Kursbuch. We'll use all those prepositions we just learned.


AUDIO

We will listen to the audio about the house party, 7a on page 105 Kursbuch. 


ROLEPLAY - Das gefällt mir nicht, das mag ich nicht, das finde ich doof.

Working in pairs, one person is the host, one is the guest. The guest doesn't like where anything is. They want to move everything somewhere else.


VIDEO

We'll watch the video and do exercises 13c and 14a on page 108 Kursbuch. 


If we have time, we'll try the review game on page 110.

 VOCABULARY These are the same links as last week. You should be familiar with most of the words and sentences in these links. Apartment Furnishings/Furniture You can find some more vocabulary on pages 100 + 101 of your Netzwerk Neu Kursbuch. It's this page. In addition, we will be using some vocabulary cards.  You can find the link here . We will begin class with a few vocab review games (think pictionary, memory, etc.) ACTIVITY - DATIVE + ACCUSATIVE We will be practicing the use of the accusative and dative case with verbs. #1: We will do the listening exercise 4a (page 103 Kursbuch).  #2: We will do a review of the exercise by stating where the objects are using the DATIVE. #3: We will work in pairs and set up our own apartment using the vocabulary cards from the vocabulary review.
